Apple Chicken

  • 630g bone-in chicken breast halves, skinless
  • 1tbsp chicken broth
  • 2 ½tbsp soy sauce
  • 1tbsp crushed garlic
  • 1 apple juice
  • 1 orange juice
  • 2 pinch black pepper, or to taste

Prepare the products and preheat oven to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F).

In a medium bowl combine broth, soy sauce, garlic, apple and orange juice, salt and pepper and mix together.

Place the chicken pieces in a lightly greased baking dish and pour mixture over chicken.

Cover and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, then remove cover/lid and bake for another 1/2 hour to brown the chicken.
