Baked Halibut Sitka

  • 570g halibut fillet
  • 2 ½tbsp coconut oil
  • 5 pinch dried dill weed
  • 2 ½ tbsp green onion, chopped
  • 2 pinch black pepper

Prepare the ingredients and preheat the oven to 245 degrees C (475 degrees F ).

Place halibut in the greased with coconut oil baking dish and season halibut with salt and ground black pepper.

Combine green onions and dill in a bowl.

Spread green onion mixture evenly over each halibut piece. Bake in the preheated oven until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
