Easiest Spicy Cod

  • 730g cod fillets
  • 1 lime juice
  • 2 ½tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • 1 ½tbsp garlic
  • 4 ½tbsp red onion
  • ½ tomato salsa
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 pinch black pepper
  • 2 pinch salt

Prepare the ingredients and preheat oven to 170 degrees C (350 degrees F ).

Rinse and dry cod fillets. Place fillets in a lightly greased casserole dish.

Combine the tomatoes, red onion, garlic, white wine vinegar, lime juice and coriander in a bowl.

Pour salsa over fish. Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Serve.
