Picante Chicken

  • 630g skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 ½tbs ppicante sauce

Prepare the ingredients.

Put the chicken breasts into a large saucepan. Cook 4-5 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.

In the same saucepan add onion, pepper, tomatoes, hot red pepper and black pepper for 5-8 minutes.

Add chicken breasts to sauce and bring to a steady boil. Cook gently for 5 to 6 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink inside and the juices run clear.

Serve.
