Blackened Tuna

  • 470g fresh tuna steaks
  • 2 ½tbsp herbs by your taste

Prepare the ingredients.

Mix the herbs in a bowl and generously coat tuna with herbs by your taste.

Place tuna steaks in a heat pan. Cook on one side for 3 to 4 minutes, or until blackened. Turn steaks, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or to desired doneness.

Serve.
