Marinated Chicken

  • 630g skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 ½tbsp cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 ½tbsp soy sauce

Prepare the ingredients.

In a large, nonporous bowl, combine the garlic and the soy sauce.

Add the chicken and turn to coat well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Preheat the grill for medium high heat. Grill chicken over medium high heat for 10 to 15 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 80 degrees C (180 degrees F ).

Discard any remaining marinade and serve.
