Chicken with garlic

  • 630g skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 4 ½tbsp seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 ½tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1tbsp clove garlic, crushed

Prepare the ingredients and preheat oven to 220 degrees C (425 degrees F ).

Heat coconut oil and garlic in a small saucepan over low heat until warmed, 1 to 2 minutes.

Move garlic and coconut oil to a shallow bowl and dip chicken breasts in the mixture using tongs;

Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a separate shallow bowl. Transfer the chicken to bread crumb mixture and turn to evenly coat.

Place the coated chicken to a shallow baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink and juices run clear, 30 to 35 minutes.

Serve.
