The Easiest Chicken

  • 630g skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 130 gtomato sauce
  • 2 pinchground black pepper

Prepare the ingredients.

In a large skillet grill the chicken breasts on medium heat. When it is ready set aside.

In the same skillet combine the tomatoes, red onion, garlic, white wine vinegar, lime juice and coriander in a bowl.

Add the chicken and reduce heat to low and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn chicken occasionally, spooning sauce over it.

Let cool and serve.
