Zucchini Chicken

  • 630g skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 90g sliced zucchini
  • 2 ½tbsp onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • ½tsp garlic powder
  • 2 pinch ground black pepper,or to taste

Prepare the ingredients.

Season both sides of chicken breasts with garlic salt and pepper.

Cook seasoned chicken breasts in a skillet until chicken is browned, 3 to 4 minutes per side and set aside.

Add onion and cook and stir until onion is browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Pour diced tomatoes, zucchini over chicken, season with herbs.

Simmer until chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear, about 15 minutes.
