Easy Grilled Chicken

  • 630g skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1tsp minced fresh garlic
  • 2 ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1tsp sesame oil

Prepare the ingredients.

Place lemon juice, garlic, and sesame oil in a bowl and soak the chicken.

Place in refrigerator for 24 hours.

Preheat grill for high heat and grill for 6 to 8 minutes each side, or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork.

Serve.
