Baked Cod with Parmesan Cheese

  • 730g fresh cod fillets
  • 2 ½ diced tomato
  • 2 ½ diced pepper
  • 2 ½tbsp diced onion
  • 1tbsp garlic
  • 1tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese

Prepare the ingredients.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F). Arrange the cod fillets in the dish.

Pour the tomatoes, peppers and onion over the tops. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Serve.
