Beef Steak with Peppers

  • 4 ½ peppers
  • 420g beef top sirloin steaks
  • ½tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp clove garlic, minced
  • 2 pinch pepper, or to taste
  • 2 pinch salt, or to taste

Prepare the ingredients.

In a small saucepan cook garlic powder and minced garlic with peppers. Set aside.

Sprinkle both sides of each steak with salt and pepper. Grill steaks 4 to 5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.

When the beef is done, transfer to warmed plates. Brush tops liberally with peppers, and allow to rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
