Seared Tuna Steaks

  • 470g tuna steaks
  • ½ tsp hot pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 pinch salt, or to taste
  • 2 pinch black pepper, or to taste

Prepare the ingredients.

Season the tuna steaks with salt, black pepper and crushed red pepper.

Place the seasoned tuna in the skillet and cook to desired doneness, 1,2 minutes per side for rare.

Serve.
