Baked Halibut Steaks

  • 570 ghalibut steaks
  • 2 ½ diced fresh tomatoe
  • 1 tbsp clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 4 ½tbsp minced onion
  • 90g diced zucchini
  • ½ tsp chopped fresh basil
  • 2 pinch salt, or to taste
  • 2 ½tbsp coconut oil
    • 2 pinch ground black pepper, or to taste

Prepare the ingredients and preheat oven to 230 degrees C (450 degrees F).

Heat coconut oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat and stir in zucchini, onion, and garlic. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender.

Remove saucepan from heat and mix in tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper.

Arrange halibut fillets in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.

Spoon equal amounts of the zucchini mixture over each steak. Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.

Serve.
