Salmon with Lemon

  • 420g salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 ½ lemon, juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pinch dried dill
  • 2 pinch ground black pepper to taste

Prepare the ingredients and preheat oven to 170 degrees C (350 degrees F ).

Mix the butter and lemon juice in a small bowl.

Lightly grease a medium baking dish. Place salmon in the baking dish and drizzle the lemon mixture over the salmon. Season with dill, garlic powder, sea salt and pepper.

Bake 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until salmon is easily flaked with a fork and serve.
