Baked Salmon

  • 420g fillets salmon
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp cloves garli, minced
  • 2 ½ lemon, juiced
  • 2 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp dried basil

Prepare the ingredients.

In a medium glass bowl, prepare marinade by mixing garlic, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley.

Place salmon fillets in a medium glass baking dish, and cover with the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator about 1 hour if you want.

Preheat oven to 190 degrees C (375 degrees F ). Place fillets in aluminum foil, cover with marinade, and seal. Place sealed salmon in the glass dish, and bake 35 to 45 minutes, until easily flaked with a fork.

Serve.
